Why You’re Not Increasing Your One Way Link Building

When search engines give high search rankings to certain sites, those will attract most web traffic per domain, which essentially depends on popularity and optimization. These websites appear first in the search engine result pages. Google uses all sorts of algorithms to calculate the ranking, and although traffic and content relevance are essential, they are not the only ones involved in the process. High search rankings generally depend on three major elements.

one way links from other websites that are somehow related to yours by domain play a great part here. Also known as backlinks, these URLs reflect the popularity of your pages with other users. Here is a relevant example for this reference system. Let’s say we have a site A and a site B. Site A has only 10 backlinks pointing to it, while site B has 50 backlinks. Both sites get Google indexation, but site B will get high search rankings because of this link-based popularity. Look into article marketing for improving the number of backlinks, the traffic level and thus get high search rankings.

Traffic is directly related with the number of backlinks. All the visitors on the 50 or 100 websites where you have links, get the chance to access your web page. This is why you need to constantly reach further on the world wide web. The number of website visitors will increase as more and more sites publish or distribute your content, making your links visible. High search rankings result from effective link building. Google considers this element with preponderance when performing the indexation.

The other issue you have to be aware of is that of traffic relevance. High search rankings are difficult to maintain, and you should not sacrifice quality over quantity. There’s no point in getting thousands of visitors per day if they are irrelevant for your activity. You’ll make a huge hole in the budget if you get poorly targeted traffic to your page. Many websites that rank the first in search result pages use Google AdWords as an advertising platform, and they are charged by Google whenever one of the sponsored links on their page gets clicked on.

When you have lots of visitors clicking on these ads, although they perform no transaction, it means that you pay without gaining anything. Hence, you lose money! Consequently, before you aim at getting high search rankings, it is essential to have good knowledge of concepts like article marketing, Google Adwords, Adsense, pay-per-click advertising or search engine optimization.
