You should sign your name using a blue pen to show that it is the original copy and that you haven’t just photocopied lots of letters. Thank them politely and ask them for an interview, also tell them that you will phone them for some feedback shortly.
It’s essential that you read through the letter before you send it to anyone. Making spelling mistakes will harm your chances of landing the job.
