How to Utilize CFT in On line marketing
In my article “The Difference Between Making Money and Loosing Money In Web marketing is Critical focus time” I described what CFT is, in relation to an internet business. (You can read it by clicking on my author link at the end of the page). This follow up piece of writing explains how to operate the principles of Critical focus time and obtain the best from it.
A simple mistake to make when you initially start applying CFT to your internet marketing business is to think that a commitment to being focussed is sufficient to make it so. It is easy to start out really keen and determined, but not so simple to continue your enthusiasm. Roughly six days into your fresh way of working you’re likely to learn that creating a different habit isn’t as simple as just making up your mind to do so. Critical focus time, similar to any internet marketing coaching ability or habit, calls for constant effort.
So, don’t imagine that you will get your Critical focus time right the first time you try it out. The odds are you’ll have to practise until it turns into 2nd nature. Whilst you’re practising, recognize that you’ll make blunders and let that be OK. If you view this in the context of practising another skill you’ll be better motivated to keep on practising until you’ve mastered it and not so disappointed if you’ve set backs.
These 3 suggestions will make your CFT more effective:
1. Remove All Distractions
Shut down your telephone, close your workplace door, and ask your family and/or colleagues not to bother you for your prearranged amount of time. Focus exclusively on the jobs you’ve defined and don’t be tempted to carry out anything else.
2. Use A Timer
Start off with twenty minute blocks if you’re a novice at this, working up to whatever your optimum work chunk time-span is. You will need to try different times and learn what is the best for you. Nonetheless, don’t go beyond forty five minutes as experiments have shown that this is the maximum time we can focus for well.
3. Undertake Recurring Rests Between Sessions
Undertake breaks, up to a maximum of fifteen minutes for a three quarter of an hour chunk of work. Make use of that time to stand up from your desk and away from your computer. Tackle something that needs you to shift your body.
So, now all that remains is for you to make a commitment as to how many blocks you’ll get done each day. Begin small and build up and, don’t forget, practice, practice, practice.
